I would not have asked for you to send a replacement order if you had been upfront about charging higher price than the original order.
This is unacceptable and pathetic service on your end.
Context: I placed an order and immediately noticed my phone number was outdated. I reached out to Nykaa to fix it. They did not. Over the next two weeks, couriers attempted to deliver the items to my house but could not due to the wrong phone number.
So all the items went back to the warehouse. After this time, Nykaa reverted and offered to create a manual order, while assuring me the order value would remain the same, so I agreed. Since I had placed the order using discounts etc that were being given at the time, this was what I wanted. However, the items started arriving again but in various packages and costing different amounts than in the original order.
At this point finally all the items have been delivered through the second order they created manually, but they have charged me 647 INR more than the original order value, despite assuring me this would not be the case.
I have been trying to write them emails, but they all respond with the same text and no progress is made.
I think the customer service team is actually just bots, and don't feel like I have any human interaction with anyone when I'm emailing them. Absolutely horrible shopping experience.

I have been a NYKA consumer for the longest time, much i remember, and have never ever received a counterfeit product. and with this assurance only, without giving it a second thought, placed the order for Choppard BLACK and TOM FORD fragrances on NYKA app., however, this time to my surprise, both the products received, are counterfeit products, and I have to say these are the DUPLICATES.
this is not the first time am using Choppard Black or tom ford perfumes. usually both the fragrance, once you wear them , they stay at least for 6-7 hours, bare minumum, but these ones, they hardly stay, not even for an hour.

I've raised my concern on Aug 12th it's been almost 4 days but still I didn't receive any update from your relevant team's side.
You've been telling the same answer from last three days. I think it shouldn't take more than three days to resolve a ticket where my issue was only to update my contact details.
My delivery person has already tried to deliver to me 4 times till now.
I can only go n receive the order delivery if and only if i get a call from them. So, I don't want to trouble them more to keep on delivering me.
How many days will it take just to update my contact number? Do you really think it takes more than 4 days to update a 10 digit number?
And I didn't hear anything from the relevant team to which my tickert has been assigned. This shows how poor Nykaa's customer service is...
It's been many years I'm using this app I always had a positive review towards it but now I regret for using it.
Now I confirm to cancel and initiate the return process of my order.
